  • My standard 50-minute session fee is $175 per session. I also offer free 15-minute consultations to help determine if we’re a good fit for working together.

  • I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of California, Carelon, and Quest. I also work with out-of-network clients and can provide superbills for possible reimbursement.

Limited reduced-fee spots may be available depending on current availability.

I welcome you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation where we can address your goals for therapy and any questions you may have about treatment, fees, insurance, or payment options.

  • At this time, I am offering virtual therapy sessions only for clients throughout California. However, in-person availability may change in the near future, so please feel free to check back for updates.

  • I recommend starting with weekly sessions for at least the first 6 months. Consistent therapy helps build trust, create momentum, strengthen coping skills, and support deeper healing and lasting change. After that time, we can reevaluate together and determine whether transitioning to bi-weekly sessions feels supportive and appropriate for your needs and goals.

  • Not at all. Many people come to therapy because they want support, clarity, self-understanding, healthier relationships, or a space where they can process life openly and honestly.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, your experiences, and what support you’re hoping for.
