To survivors of abuse, please know this work is approached with deep care and respect. The effects of abuse can linger long after the experience has ended, impacting the way you see yourself, navigate relationships, trust others, or respond to stress and conflict. You may be carrying fear, self-doubt, confusion, or patterns that once helped you survive but now leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.

Together, we will gently explore the impact those experiences have had on your life while helping you rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, understand survival patterns without shame, and break cycles that no longer support your well-being.
